Video: Transforming ADDIE with Appreciative Inquiry

There's an approach to ADDIE they probably didn’t TEACH YOU.

Watch their posture CHANGE.

Watch them lean in with ENTHUSIASM.

They're not DEFENDING themselves anymore.

They're giving you the HIGHLIGHT reel.

They’re giving you the BLUEPRINT for the SOLUTION.

And you're NOT a critic anymore.

You're an ARCHAEOLOGIST, uncovering hidden TREASURES.

Even better, you’re an ANTHROPOLOGIST, reading the cultural PATTERNS hidden beneath the workflow.

THIS is how you build solutions that people are EXCITED to use.

Because THEY helped build it.

It's THEIR success story.

Here's YOUR new mission.

On your NEXT PROJECT, before you write a SINGLE WORD of your analysis plan Find ONE stakeholder.

And give them this ONE prompt:

“Tell me about the times this team is at its absolute BEST.”

Then shut up and LISTEN.

The answer will change EVERYTHING.
